Instructions

Step 1: Combine 1 cup of flour with approximately 1 cup of water.

Step 2: Slowly and carefully pour the flour into boiling water while vigorously stirring to prevent the formation of lumps.

Step 3: Observe the rapid thickening of the mixture to a stiff consistency. Continue stirring and turning the mixture for 3 to 7 minutes.
